The home sits at the end of the row for extra privacy, and the themed bedrooms add a delightful touch for kids and the young at heart.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

Guests have full access to the Windsor Cay Clubhouse.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available at an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival.

There is space for 2 cars in the driveway, and there is two additional, non-designated parking spaces available

- BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

- Pool heating: Enjoy the perfect pool temperature for just US$35 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Weekly pool service takes place every Tuesday from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM to balance chemical levels. The pool is unavailable during service and may be used three hours after completion. This is for the safety and well being of all guests.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
