TRASH (IMPORTANT): At the end of your stay please throw away ALL trash in the valet trash located outside the front door. If trash exceeds valet size please take it to the DUMPSTER located by the clubhouse including ALL cardboard boxes.
There will be FEE of $100 from your security deposit if this is not done as my property gets fined if there is trash outside the valet bin.
ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside home nor outside screened patio balconies. $500 FEE
Please Dry yourself before hanging out inside the home.
Keep food in dining and kitchen areas not in bedrooms or living rooms.
If there are dirty dishes please put them ALL in the dishwasher and run dishwasher to clean. Guest is responsible for buying dishwasher soap during their stay.
$50 fee for dirty dishes left behind.
Any dirty towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floor
Please do not leave sliding doors open (patio) while AC is running.
Please do not lower AC below 73 degrees F.
Please use colored towels for pool and bring back all towels back from community pool.
Everything is inventoried. Ex: If we have missing towels, pillows, accent pillows, kitchen items or linens we will charge for replacement.
Please dry before coming inside the home and use of fabric chairs.
Please eat in dining room, bar or kitchen bar.
