Wonderful for family

Home is beautiful, very clean & spacious for 3 bedroom. You're within 25 minutes of airport & universal! Ed is absolutely awesome! Will definitely stay here again if in the area

First time snowbirds!

Great location for busy on the go people! Had our daughter and grandson come for week and they loved how much room there is. The only downfall, but not for us is the flight of stairs. The owner was so accommodating and kept in touch.

Nice place for my weekend stay

Place is very nice and well kept. I had to communicate with host prior to stay due to personal issues and he was available and very understanding. My family members enjoyed the stay.

Great property and location

The condo was quite nice and spacious and proximity to Universal Studios was perfect. Location also near restaurants and general shopping. Host communication was outstanding! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best place ever I stayed

Ed's place was great. It's spacious , clean and in a great location. It's close to shopping and all attractions. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and well kept. Thanks for hosting us.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location even though it was cut short by hurricane Milton. Home was as described, very neat and clean. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Property was located very close to lots of shopping and dining. The owner was great in communicating with us through the storm and us having to check out early. We would recommend this location.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out, clean as a pin. Furnished with everything you need. Unusually quite and located close to all attractions. Dinning that ranges from $$$$ to $$ with a very large selection of food choices. We loved everything about this place ❤️ 💜

Tasteful, Clean, and Abundant

This home offers many higher-end amenities, from kitchen appliances and gadgets down to a hair dryer- and even a flat iron! The home was very clean, is within a 15 dollar uber ride to universal studios (cheaper than parking!) and was aesthetically pleasing. A++++

Outstanding rental

Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and well equipped, down to more than adequate clothes hangers. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to I-4, shopping, dining, attractions, etc. Ed, the host, was very helpful and responsive. I would gladly rent this unit or abother from Ed.

Nice property, wonderful host!

The property was nice, clean and as described. Location was decent, not your typical resort setting but a quiet apartment complex reasonably close to the highway and 30 minutes or less to the major Orlando attractions, also within walking distance of Costco and target. I wish the third bedroom had a proper bed instead of a sleeper sofa - would have served our needs better. Maybe something to consider for the future, Ed? The host was immediately responsive and super helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Ed is a great host & the place is just right for Universal!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ed’s place for 8 days, visiting Universal for 5 days. Great location around the corner from the mall and lots of restaurants. Close to Universal for our family of 5. Well stocked townhouse. The dryer went out and Ed promptly scheduled repair service. He texted us before our stay and even accommodated us dropping off our food/luggage while housekeeping was finishing up before checkin. The communication was better than any place we’ve stayed before. 🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Home away from home

So happy we chose to stay at this townhouse in the Millenia area. Close to everything but also in quiet & safe neighborhood. All our needs were met and the owner quickly communicated with us when there was a couple of issues and found a solutions. Living room is very comfy with large TV for viewing. Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances , seasonings from prior guests. Directions for use of condo clear. Bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless . Having a garage and driveway was nice to have parking for 2 vehicles.Highly recommend this VRBO & the owner Ed. . Will stay again when in the area.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

I visited Orlando for the first time since moving back home to AZ and was nervous about location and pricing, but Ed's property was in the right price range and had tons of potential if I had to work during my stay. My friend and I stayed and could easily connect to the internet via ethernet to work a few days during the week we stayed. I also continued my gym routine and could use the facilities provided. The gym is very small and only (as of 10/2/23) has 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and 1 stationary bike. There are no free weights or machines. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but be aware if you plan to use the gym while vacationing. Ed's home was clean and beautiful. The stairs are a little shallow so it was slightly difficult for me and my friend to carry our luggage up to the bedrooms, but we are both under 5'5" and that could simply be an 'us' concern. The bedrooms are far enough apart that we had complete privacy after spending all day together. I loved the primary suite and utilized all but the tub. We were also there for some fun, and the Uber/Lyft ride was around $20 each way without a promotion to Universal. You could easily drive and park there as well within 15 minutes. If I visit Orlando again and Ed's property is available, I will stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Great fit for our family

My family includes a teen and a 4 year old. We stayed at this property for 8 days at the end of June-beginning of July and had a great experience. The property worked for my family very well. My 4 year old slept in the room with the pull out. He sleeps with a pull up at night so I requested a mattress protector just in case and the property owner was very responsive and helpful. Not only did he purchase a mattress protector, he had the bed pulled out and made so when we came in it was ready. This was so appreciated because we took a red eye flight to Orlando so had been traveling all night. My teenager had his own room and the two kids shared the bathroom upstairs. The air conditioning worked great and we had no issues, which we appreciated. There was a property book with very helpful and easy instructions for various things ie how to get to the pool, when to take the trash out etc. The appliances seemed new and in good working order. Everything was clean and neat. We felt at home. The only problem we had was one of the slats came of the vertical blinds. I didn't knock the rating because it didn't affect us in the least. We would have preferred a non wood cutting board but also didn't knock the rating becuase it was personal preference and one was provided. The pool was easy to get to and was clean. My kids loved it. We were close to Costco, gas, Traget, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would definately stay there again.

This property was absolutely beautiful for our family mini vacay to Orlando. It felt like home. Ed communicated throughout the process quickly, check in and check out was an easy process.
