Next door (literally) to Fun Spot and Old Town for kids and adult fun, 20 Min to Orlando airport and 23 min to Universal. The fun of every major theme park has been brought into the home with the attention to detail to each themed area. While relaxing at home also enjoy the hot tub and double wide lanai that offers privacy and comfort, or sit inside watching the game on the big screens. At the clubhouse there's a big heated community pool, 2 large waterslides, plenty of lounge chairs/seating/umbrellas and a bar that provides a quick bite to eat for all ages. Towels and linens all provided, your set up with a welcome basket with a small dish soap, dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 papertowel, and a roll of toliet paper in each bathroom. There is a full size washer and dryer, and ironing board, the kitchen is full equipped to cook whatever meal you desire and a charcoal grill outside. Guest is responsible for cleaning of grill. A balcony off of the master bedroom, the master bedroom also has a soaking tub and a separate shower. New flooring, smart water heater and new air conditioning just added.
