Bed was dirty with hair, dirt (looked like dirty dog paws) there was a stain right under the corner of the one pillow that looked like drool. Called guest services and we were moved to another room, there were stains on these sheets also, ice bucket had dried food on it. Fire alarm went off at 11pm. Ceiling tiles in pool area missing and looked like others were about to fall down. Have to go to guest services to sign out pool towels n then they tell you to bring them back to the front desk wet (even tho there is a blue pool identifying stripe on them) Breakfast was limited, waffles not edible, don’t fill the empty food items-or are extremely slow at doing so. No elevator, have to bring luggage up stairs (not very accessible) Definitely do not feel the stay was worth the money spent.

Not all of the amenities were working. Hot tub jets didn’t really work. Woman’s sauna was broken. Tvs have very little channels and poor quality. The TVs also had an input blocker so you can’t even use a fire stick. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for our stay the restaurant and “arcade” which were one of the reasons we booked with this location were closed for a wedding.

the patio door wasn’t locked when we got there (room on ground floor) discovered the door doesn’t lock at all. had to wait for maintenance to bring a stick to keep inside the door. jt was fixed but i had to wait behind while my family went to the pool because we had already brought our things into the room. neighbors beside us pulled up a picnic table to their patio door where they drank outside all night. very loudly outside our patio door. Overall the staff was nice minus the guy that checked us in- not personable at all, customer service isn’t his thing i guess
