Aug 9, 2019The point should be pristine. Instead, it was littered with disrespectful trash ie. plastic bag and cigarette cellophane. Sad.

This hotel is in the best location to EVERYTHING. The service is impeccable. The elevators in the Towers are a MAJOR problem. Even with use of the 3rd service elevator, had to sometimes wait 10 minutes for an open elevator. It was so bad it overshadowed much of the incredible service on behalf of the staff. The fact that none of the staff acknowledged or apologized for the elevators was irritating though.
