Villa CASA ANTILLA Heated Pool in Orient Bay Cistern

Villa Casa Antilla is located in the heart of Orient Bay, within walking distance of the beach and shops. It is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden in a quiet, unoverlooked setting. Completely renovated in 2016, the villa comprises a living room with sofa bed, open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet, covered gazebo terrace. Large exotic wood terrace and private heated pool.
4% tourist tax and 150 cleaning fee payable on site.





The entire dwelling + garden is accessible. Private heated swimming pool No vis à vis naturism allowed

We thank you for your reservation. Please note that a tourist tax of 4% on the amount of your rental as well as a cleaning fee of 150 Euros will be payable in cash upon arrival. We will contact you by email to draw up a rental contract.

No noise permitted between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

The Bay Orientale neighborhood is very safe and you can walk to the beach and restaurants.

The best way to get to the villa is to rent a car or take a cab and then rent a car.

We'll be available throughout your stay, and will welcome you personally to hand over the keys and tell you everything you need to do during your stay. Patricia will be delighted to welcome you on the day of your arrival, and will act as your contact by e mail and telephone.

Beautiful villa with everything needed for holiday. Had back up water when the water supply line was broken in Grand Case. So we continue to get water for showers and cleaning. Property managers, Patricia and Bruno are helpful and responsive to any questions and issues.

Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation is as seen in the photos. If you are looking around, this is spot is a winner. Beautiful backyard was a highlight of our trip. Gorgeous landscapping and view, pool was heated and enjoyed by everyone. House had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very nice, kitchen well equipped. Patricia was wonderful, always replied right away with information. She also helpled us by getting two cribs and highchairs. Beach truly walking distance. There is a small town with many restaurants and a few shops. Small grocery-style shop for basic necessitites. We took a taxi to the big grocery store, but we had to call and coordinate. Having a car would likely be more practical, espcially if you want to visit other areas of the island.

Great option for days at orient beach

This is a great property, very well equipped with a working ice machine. Woo hoo! Three bedroom set up with 2 baths. Nice showers with good water pressure. Pool was great. One of us has to work so had to do that outside bc no table inside. A good walk to the beach but perfectly doable. The parking or the exiting of the property can be a little tricky if the villa across is occupied. we would book again.

Perfect Island Getaway

Villa Casa Antilla was perfect. It was so convenient being closely located near the village with restaurants, shops and beach bars. And the home was even lovelier than in the pictures. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and in the pool. Patricia and Bruno were wonderful hosts and were available if we needed anything. We are looking forward to out next vacation in St. Martin.

Orient Beach Lovers

Private, beautiful, extremely well-appointed property. The pictures and descriptions don't do it justice. Convenient, short drive to Orient Beach and Gran Case. This is a gem. Patricia, our property manager, is a super responsive delight. We will return to this wonderful escape, for sure!!

We would come back in a heartbeat. Hosts super responsive and helpful. Very clean and well furnished. We ate almost every supper on the beautiful patio. The kids loved the pool. Merci pour tout Katia!

A relaxing retreat

I was there from 6/27 - 7/4. What a find. Walking distance to everything. No need to rent a car when a taxi is readily available to take you to another beach destination. I’m coming back. Katia was always responsive. Great host. Go!

Lovely tropical home

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated in a tropical style, very clean, well laid out for our family and had everything we needed. Our children loved the pool. The wood deck was nice as it is less slippery and treacherous for little ones than concrete or tiles. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet and it was possible to walk to the beach, the small grocery store, restaurants etc., even with small children. The waves were quite high at the beach so with children you may need water wings or a swim vest. But they did very much enjoy "surfing" on those high waves and it was shallow enough near the shore with a gradual entry. The french restaurants in the town square and bakeries are excellent, like a little slice of France in the tropics. We visited the Dutch side (Phillipsburg) by taxi one day for a more Caribbean experience. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I'm not sure we'll be able to go back to resort-style vacations as we had everything we needed at the house, with more privacy.

Beautiful property and great location!!

Katia met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. We had everything we needed from kitchen items, beach towels, grill, a cooler, etc. It was a quick walk to the beach and village which we did everyday even though we also had a car. I would highly recommend this villa. Great for families or couples. Very private. We enjoyed the pool and outside area everyday. Miss it already and look forward to going back.

What a great vacation location. So close to Oriente beach and everything you needed

We had a wonderful vacation. The Villa had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. There was six of us and the place felt very spacious and was fully equipped. We would go out and explore every day and come back for a swim then relax on the loungers by the pool before going out for another amazing dinner at one of the delicious restaurants on Oriente beach. We will definitely rent this villa again when we come back to see more of Saint Maarten. Thank you for the great stay.
