"Great location and property is clean, although would not say they have a best in class service (e.g. broken air conditioning they could not fix, unfriendly staff in breakfast, bathroom got soaked every time I took a shower, room was extremely small also)"

"No a/c so it gets hot in the apartment during summer, they have fans and can open the windows but on certain days it may not be enough. No elevator so with kids and bags it can be difficult at times. Location was good close to metro and many eating joints and attractions."

"Very nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, albeit somewhat small room. Very tasty breakfast. Nice courtyard with food service and music in the evening. Only nitpick would be that the courtyard music was very loud for us on the 1st floor, and didn’t stop until 10pm."
