"The breakfast was amazing. The elevators are insanely small for a hotel and trying to get to rooms with luggage. The fact that hotel doesn’t sell any water or soda at the little mart because it is not allowed to because of being in competition with the restaurant is ridiculous and bad for the guests. The service was horrible. The staff ignore every guest. And are just rude. For staff and hospitality I give it one star. The beauty of the location is 5 star. But without good staff it is no where near a 5 star hotel. That is make or break."

"The hotel was a bit conference focused and impersonal. If I had it to do over again I would have saved a few bucks and stayed at the Valamar family-friendly hotel. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the stay. Stay were lovely, dinner buffet was worth the cost, and the nearby beaches were stunning. Maro world was a nice bonus. Not many kids there when we stayed so my son got a bit bored but it was free and the staff was lovely"

"We basically loved everything! The only thing we didn’t like were the hallways. Should replace the carpet and make them feel cleaner and fresh to match the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. Beach, breakfast, staff, location and the local wines at the bars were exceptional! Bed was really comfortable and room was very clean and nice. Views were amazing. Hope to come back someday!"

"Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the suite in the chateau across from the main hotel. Looking out over the water from our little Juliet window was very special. Tight drive in along the waterfront made it interesting, couldn't imagine getting to the hotel on a busy day. We were there in the beginning of June. Didn't use the nearby pool but the facility looked very nice. Recommend the small family restaurant Konoba nearby, homemade pasta and black risotto were excellent."

"The location is great, the riviera is beautiful to take strolls along. There are great restaurants in walking distance like Bocado, Kogo and Tutto Bene! Staff were mostly helpful except one staff member completely mislead us claiming the pool was closed and we didnt get to use the pool for 70% of our stay as a result! The breakfast is quite limited."
