Stay was great

Great location we rented a car which I recommend for convenience of going and leaving when you want. Use the Hospital as your landmark when driving.Plenty of room in the home and very clean. We had a wonderful time the 4 of us.

This was our third time staying at this incredible condo and it continues to be our favorite place to stay in Aruba. The unit is spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.The community is quiet, secure, and meticulously maintained. It is the perfect setting for enjoying the island’s beauty and tranquility. One of the best parts is the location—just a short and easy walk to breathtaking Eagle Beach.The owner is outstanding. Communication is always prompt, clear, and helpful which makes the entire experience from booking to check-out smooth and stress-free.The value is truly exceptional for the quality and location. We have stayed here three times and will absolutely be back again. If you are thinking about booking this condo, go for it. You will not regret it.

A wonderful gem!

We had a wonderful stay out this condo. The complex is quiet and very clean. The pool area was great for the kids. There is a small market and coffee shop within walking distance. Eagle beach a short walk away as well - about 7-8 minutes with little kids. The condo itself was clean and spacious! We can’t wait to return to Aruba!

Good Location

The property is a 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The condo was large enough for the 6 of us without us feeling cramped. The condo could use a bit of updating and making sure there are enough cups, beach chairs, towels for a stay of 6 to 8 people. The pool was right outside our patio door and the complex is very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

New years in Aruba

We loved the place. Excellent location between the airport and Palm Beach. We walked to several places to eat and just short drive or taxi to other places. Spacious for our family traveling with 2 college students on winter break. Just as it is described. Very nice pool and beach chairs and cooler were great for the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Molly with the property management was very helpful with several recommendations and even help with getting broken cell phone repaired.

Perfect Family Condo

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our three young adult sons. Three bathrooms, a pool steps away, and gated parking that was immediately accessible made it easy. We loved our stay.

Near Eagle Beach

Condo is modern, clean and close to Eagle beach. The glass sliding doors and large window on the main floor have no blinds or curtains. All the other units have them and we felt very exposed especially at night. I addressed this but unfortunately nothing could be done during our stay. Also, would’ve been nice to know the units would be pressure washed and prepped for painting during our stay. Which meant noise and zero privacy as workers were on the patio area and one even waved to us while we were trying to have lunch. Mgt company girls were super helpful checking in and out.

Great stay!

The condo was super convenient to everything we needed - Eagle beach was a ~5 minute walk, which made it easy to go back and forth as much as needed. It was only steps to the pool, which the kids loved. Plenty of room inside for our family to spread out, with pretty much everything we needed and plenty of towels for the beach + shower.

Oases of rest

The home very central located for Eagle Beach and all the shops. The big advantage of the home is the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which one on the ground floor. It was our second time in this house. We recommend the home to families with children. We would stay here again!

Nice property

The condo is a really short walk to Eagle Beach. There is a nice little coffee shop inside the scuba shop literally a 1 minute walk from the front door. Great location on a fantastic beach that isn’t really crowded.

2nd timer renting this condo.

Well, what can I say...other than the pictures speak a thousand words. A group of us rented this condo again from 5/4-5/13/24 because we loved it so much when we rented it the first time around last year. The place is immaculate, quiet and so close to the beach and shops. They have plenty of beach chairs and sand toys if you have small children. I love the fact that they have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The beds are very comfortable as well as the furniture. You wont be disappointed if you end up renting this place for your stay in Aruba. I would definitely tell my friends and family about this place if they ever inquire about renting a condo. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and I received a quick response back when I asked a question. Check in and check out was quick too. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Nice little AB&B in Aruba.

The Air B&B is located near Eagle Beach and some very nice restaurants. The host provided everything we needed: beach chairs, a beach cart, and everyday essentials. We did have a little trouble with the gate code, but after speaking with the rental host representative, we received the correct code, and we didn't have any trouble after. The book in the condo should be updated to reflect the new code. I would also suggest adding information on nearby restaurants, carry-outs, and grocery stores or markets to the book to make it easier to find good, local places. We loved our stay. Thanks so much.

Great condo about 1/4 mile walk to eagle beach. Well equipped, nice small pool area. For family with kids and grandparents, this was perfect. Also had a brand new grill that we used on a couple of evenings.

Great location

This is the first time we have stayed at this property and it was wonderful. The beds were the most comfortable beds of any of the places that we have ever stayed at in Aruba. The location to Eagle beach and shopping was fantastic. The place is well stocked with everything you might need to either stay in or to go to the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working and Elisa had someone there within the hour to fix it. Next time we come to Aruba we will defiantly check to see if this town house is available.

Excelente estadia

El apartamento esta muy bueno. Eramos 6 señoras y con los tres dormitorios y los tres baños del apartamento pasamos muy bien. Esta muy bien ubicado a 3 cuadras de la mejor playa de Aruba, tranquila pero con servicios. La ubicación con respecto al centro y a Palm Bech es intermedia pudiéndose mover en taxi así como en bus y es muy sencillo. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario para una buena estadía y un plus es el carrito para poder llevar las cosas a la playa. Tanto el check in como el check out fueron fáciles de realizar y sin problemas. Realmente pasamos unas buenas vacaciones. Muchas garcias

Week in Aruba

We were very happy with our stay here. It was perfect for our family. It was nice and quiet yet in a very good location on the island. We did rent cars which we are glad we did. It made our stay very flexible and easy. The condo offered everything our family needed. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba! Highly recommended!

My “go to” spot

This is a very nice property that is very well maintained and clean, even for my expectations. We have stayed in this unit two years in a row. It is spacious and the perfect location with the beach right around the corner. They make check in and check out swift and easy.

WOW - A Great Place to Stay!

I am so pleased that I was able to find this perfect gem! It had everything we needed to provide a stress free vacation- 1st time in Aruba- with 4 teenagers. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and the process was extremely easy. We were able to get around town to all the destinations we had planned with in a short time and being within walking distance to Eagle beach made for great sunset adventures! Not having to rent or carry all the beach chairs because of the cart & chairs that were provided was an extra bonus. Ending each night on the quiet back patio near the pool was a perfect spot to enjoy a recap of the memories that were made. Absolutely will recommend this place- No way will I ever want to stay in a busy overcrowded resort--hotel- this pace is like having your own house. I would give this vacation home 5++

Perfect place, perfect location.

The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. It was very spacious, clean and was big enough to move around in. Plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms. The location is great. Close enough to Eagle beach. Had plenty of chairs to take to the beach. It was nice to be able to use the washer/dryer too. I would definitely book this place for my annual trip back to Aruba in May,2023. Check in and check out was easy too. We all enjoyed our time in Aruba and we didn’t want to leave. Until next year thank you for renting the place to us.

Perfect stay

The property was as the photos showed. Each bedroom had it's own AC unit which is perfect since not everyone likes the same temperature when they sleep. The house was spacious and the patio area was a bonus to watch the couple iguanas around the courtyard. It was nice that there were beach and pool items to use and also the washer and dryer right there in the condo. It truly was a 5 minute walk down the street to Eagle beach and the bar there, Coco Loco, has the best spring rolls. We would definitely stay here again.
