1200 sq ft 2 BR 2 BA beach front condominium with a private 1500 sq ft roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy spectacular ocean, beach, island and sunset views. King size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, flat screen tv's in both.Top of the line furniture and all amenities for your enjoyment. If you enjoy quiet walks on the beach, fine restaurants, or just a relaxing evening at home away from the crowded hotels then our condominium at Oceania Resort Residences is the perfect location for you.

Aruba offers almost perfect weather, beautiful beaches, and is rich in culture. For your entertainment great shopping, championship golf courses, several fine restaurants, casinos, bars, shows and too many daily excursions to list, all within a ten minute drive by car or bus which stops directly in front of Oceania Resort Residences.

You will have unlimited access to the tennis courts, fitness ctr, business ctr, and 24 hour security. Our unit is also equipped with washer/dryer for your convenience.

Housekeeping provided prior to arrival and at departure. Daily housekeeping available for additional cost of $60 per day.

This property is perfectly located and is very comfortable. If I could have had anything better, it would be a grill. A lot of the other properties in the area, have grills but they are mostly on the first floor. The neighbor next to us had a grill, but I don’t know if they live there. So, with a grill it would be great. But you will love this space, and Ricky was very helpful.

Great place to stay near Eagle Beach

I had a great stay here with my wife and two kids. The condo has everything you need for making meals and the view from the patio and rooftop are awesome. And Eagle Beach is incredible and right across the street.The condo complex is very well taken care of and we felt completely safe during our time there. There are also several very good restaurants within walking distance. While a couple of minor maintenance issues popped up during our visit, they were fixed very quickly. All in all - I highly recommend this penthouse condo.

It was an excellent experience. Even before we got there, Michael provided us with all the information about the condo and the surrounding area. Perfect gated location with a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Richi, who gave us a small tour. I definitely recommend staying here, I know I wouldn't stay elsewhere!

We loved it here! Very clean and plenty of space. Great location and easy access to Eagle beach. Hot tub on the rooftop terrace was fun in the evenings. We recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

Our first time in Aruba and we can’t say enough great things about this property. Communication with the owner was great and Ritchie was extremely helpful with check in and also helped us sort out an issue with our rental car. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Wonderful Place

We spent a glorious week in this two bedroom condo, located across the street from Eagle Beach. It was very clean, with a well appointed kitchen, plenty of room for the four adults and one toddler. The rooftop area was very nice, too.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of four had the best time! Condo was spacious and clean. The hot tub on the roof was great. The beach was a short walk past the pool. Beautiful sand and water. Restaurants and casinos are a short cab ride away. You will love staying here, everything you could possibly want. I ordered groceries ahead of time and they were there before we arrived. Best time ever!

Great view of the ocean and pool. Very responsive owner. TV in second bedroom didn’t work and Michael had someone show up within the hour with a new tv. Would stay here again.

Amazing condo, great location

We had an incredible stay at the Oceania. The condo we perfect for what we needed and the location directly in front of Eagle beach was perfect. The condo was very well equipped and the wifi worked great. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The hot tub on the roof was a nice surprise and the views from up there were tremendous. My family is already planning a return trip to Aruba and would love to stay here again

WONDERFUL CONDO!

This condo was exactly as it was advertised to be...wonderful. The complex is beautifully maintained with lovely grounds. Condo manager Richi was very friendly, helpful & professional. We will definitely return to Aruba and this condo.

Great Family Condo

Michael's condo is the perfect location to enjoy your time in Aruba. Beautiful views of the pool from the balcony. The condo is spacious for families to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need. We found the beach access perfect as it was not as crowded as some of the other areas further down. We rented a car so that we could easily go out to eat, visit the nearby SuperFoods for groceries, and sight see.

Condo is in a great location. Quick walk to the beach. Richie was helpful during check in and showed us around the condo and the terrace. The condo had all the amenities we needed. If you rent this condo, please bring your own soap and shampoo. I would recommend Oceania!!

Beautiful spot for an Amazing vacation!

We enjoyed the property so much! The condo is so clean and beautiful! Very well-stocked. And we loved the rooftop patio! What a great location. Many great restaurants within walking distance. The pools are awesome. Right across the street from Eagle Beach. Really spectacular. Michael was so helpful, guiding us through the Covid testing process. It was very easy to be tested on the island, just as he said.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This spot on Eagle Beach is breath taking. What a beautiful condo. It was immaculate. Check in was so simple. Richie met us at the condo and showed us around and then even gave us a ride to the grocery store. I read a lot of reviews online before I picked this spot. I was not disappointed. I am already trying to pick a week to go back next year. I highly recommend Michael’s place. It is gorgeous!! Thank you Michael and Richie. I will be back!

You cannot go wrong staying at Oceania unit 515! Everything was perfect -- the check in process, the beautifully appointed condo with well-stocked kitchen, in fact, all amenities were well-stocked though-out! Also had all the beach/pool toys and chairs you could ever need, the three wonderfully uncrowded pools to enjoy ( a fourth for the small kids!). And then the placement of the property right on a great (and uncrowded) section of Eagle Beach. Can't wait to book again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It provides a great view of the ocean (and sunset) and is located just a few steps from the section of Eagle Beach that is less populated and quiet. Unlike many rentals, this unit is furnished with higher quality comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. The unit also includes beach chairs, floats and even a cooler for the beach. We also appreciated the unit being well stocked with paper goods and household supplies. Plus, a property representative is on call on site to greet you, help with departure and for any issues during your stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

What a great experience!

This was an overall wonderful vacation spot! Enjoyed breakfast each morning on the rooftop deck, overlooking the ocean. Local dining areas and bars were top of the line! The condo complex has a sauna, gym, and inground pools-- all very clean and comfortable! Breathtaking sunsets from the roof and the beach was just across the street! Eagle beach is a gorgeous, white sand beach with tiki umbrellas built into the sand for just the right amount of shade! Had no issue finding an open umbrella each day. I cannot wait to go back!

Great Aruba Condo

Beautiful condo that is nicely furnished and top of the line finishes. Great view of the Caribbean and a perfect location on Eagle Beach. Close to all the action but located on a very quite and sparsely populated beach. I loved the private terrace and hot tub. We sat up there most nights having drinks and viewing the beautiful Caribbean. On top of it all you are in a gated resort with full time security. You really feel safe. This is the perfect location for anyone visiting Aruba. We loved the condo and the island.
