LeVent Condo Eagle Beach

We enjoyed our stay at LeVent on Eagle Beach. Natalie and Mike were very responsive. Getting in and out of the condo was very easy. Excellent, detailed instructions. The condo was beautiful. Excellent view of the water. Short walk to Eagle Beach which is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely rent again.

Wonderful place to stay in Aruba!

This unit is absolutely beautiful! We are 5 adults. The master bedroom and bath are huge! The 2 other bedrooms are of good size. Beds are comfortable. The unit immaculately clean upon arrival. The view of Eagle Beach and pool are gorgeous from the unit. The outdoor deck is huge with comfortable furniture. There are beach chairs in the laundry room which saves having to rent chairs on the beach. Only needed to rent umbrella. We did self check in and out very simple. The property owners are lovely and very responsive. We highly recommend this VRBO property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Condo and Beach were incredible

This was our first time to Aruba and we loved our condo on Eagle Beach. Our place was a luxurious 3br/3.5ba condo at Levent and we absolutely loved the condo and ocean views!!! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Excellent luxurious condo. Wonderful ocean view. Beautiful Eagle beach right across the street. There are beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella in the unit to use on the beach.Nice pool and hot tub at the pool and was never crowded. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Great Condo & Great Location

We were a family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 small children). The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the pool, the ocean and the beautiful sun sets. The condo was set up with the master on one side, living area in the middle and 2 bedrooms on the other side. It worked perfectly for our family. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The hosts answered questions we had and kept us updated on check in and check out process. I certainly would rent from them again.

Nice location across from beach

Had a great time. Property was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue and it wasn't a big deal is that the bathrooms in 2 of the bedrooms are small and difficult to maneuvre in. Otherwise all good.

Fantastic Condo

My wife and I are very picky and in researching this condo and knowing the location we thought it would be a good pick. Upon arrival and looking over the complex and the unit we know we made a Fantastic choice. The description of the unit was exactly what we found and Natalie and Mike were excellent to work with and we plan on returning to this unit on our next Aruba vacation.

Great condo for our family vacation

We had a great week at this condo, plenty of space for our family of four. The unit was very nice, super clean, with everything we needed for the week. We even discovered a cooler and beach chairs, which came in handy. The pool in the complex was great, the kids really enjoyed it. The location right across from Eagle Beach was just perfect for us, away from the really crowded high rise area, and a little more “chill” which is great for a family vacation. Condo was exactly as advertised, and the transactions all went as planned, including timely refund of damage deposit after the trip. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely place but difficult owner

Although this unit is lovely (as pictured) and is in a wonderful location near a gorgeous beach, I would never stay here again because of our interactions with the owner. Even though the listing states that the unit can host 7 people (and indeed it can), the owner insisted on an added charge for over 4 guests. In addition, the owner tacked on a charge for damages that were clearly present upon our arrival. There is no shortage of units in Aruba. Find another one.

Stunning condo with an amazing view of Eagle Beach

My family and I had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was absolutely stunning with an amazing view of Eagle Beach. The staff around the condo complex were friendly and we even made friends with one of the security guards. The condo comes equipped with everything you will need including a small cooler, beach chairs, and k-cup coffee maker. I didn't find a blow dryer within the unit so pack one if you won't be able to live without one. I highly recommend choosing this unit for your vacation in Aruba. If we are lucky enough to make it back we would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place

We booked a short family trip to Aruba and came across this listing and are very glad we did! The host was very friendly. The condo was even better than we expected from seeing the photos. It's quite a large condo inside. Everything is very nice. There's a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The beautiful pool area is down below. The ocean is a pretty quick walk. There's a nearby grocery store and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. They leave a good amount of start up stuff and the only thing we needed to buy extra was an extra roll of paper towels while we were there. In four days, everything else they supplied was sufficient for us. What an amazingly beautiful place and if we ever find ourselves back in Aruba, we absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!!

Perfect Stay!!

This Eagle Beach condo is the perfect stay in Aruba! Our teen and our 8 year old each had their own bedroom & bathroom. Everything was in perfect working order and the beds were comfortable. Daniela, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was bigger than expected and so was the balcony! We loved having use of the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Remember to bring your K cups! The condominium complex itself was just the right size. Plenty of loungers - no stress looking for a seat or saving a seat like other resorts in Aruba! Traveler's tip: Next store the Paradise Villas have a restaurant where we would go for breakfast or lunch or for Pina Coladas! There's even a back entrance from LeVent. We will be back!

Breath taking views, and a very quiet property.

Everything was as described. The property was well maintained, very roomy and beds were very comfortable. The unit was a little short on paper products (TP and paper towels) and bathroom soap on check-in. We talked with the property manager Sanaty, and everything was replenished very quickly. A very large grocery store and variety of restaurants were all very close by as well as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island just across the street. . The views from the balcony were beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to return again soon. Natalie was a very gracious host and also very helpful in answering any questions. Her response time to emails was excellent.

Aruba Levent Condo

This condo was so perfect for our first time family trip to Aruba. The property itself was very well maintained and I appreciated the pool area and common areas were cleaned daily. The condo itself was just as described and was very well stocked. There are beach towels, chairs and a large cooler supplied in the closet which was perfect for taking across to the beach or for when we spent the day at Baby beach. There was a starter supply of basic items as well as a few items we didn’t know we needed but came in handy- a large reusable grocery bag for example as the markets don’t supply them. Eagle Beach area is less crowded than the Palm Beach high rise area in terms of beach traffic but it was close enough that it was walkable if needed to get to the Palm Beach section for shopping and food options. We also saw several people using Birds to get from one area to another and there is a flat, wide, walking sidewalk that runs directly in front of the property. The view from our room overlooked the pool as well as beautiful ocean views. To access the beach area you do have to make a short walk down an access road and cross the street but all of condos in this area sit behind that road front. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so we didn’t have any communication with the property managers but we were given specific self check in instructions and everything went smoothly. Wonderful first visit and can definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing Vacation!

Believe it or not, this condo is even better than the pictures display. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the ocean view was absolutely perfect! The place has an enormous balcony with access doors from the bedrooms and from the living room, comfy beds, WiFi, Large flat-screen televisions, a washer & dryer, drying racks for your clothes and a dishwasher. The Condo's location is right on Eagle Beach. Eagle beach is rated one of the best beaches in the world. It's a quiet area with the beach right across the street and access to shopping and night life less than a mile away in either direction. We had family staying down the road at one of the high-rise resorts on Palm Beach and trust me, Eagle Beach's soft white sand and crystal clear water proves that it is definitely the better choice. The owners, Mike & Natalie, provided almost everything we could possibly need during our stay from Kitchenware to beach chairs and beach towels. They were also very attentive to any issues or questions we addressed. They made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you very very much. If I had to make any recommendations for improvements, There were two things that I would ask for. 1. A full length mirror. The only way to make sure you can see your entire dress/outfit was in the elevator. Placing a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom or closet doors would surely be a plus. 2. Clear the shower drains. every time we took a shower the water would back up to the point where you had to turn off the water or it would over-flow onto the main bathroom floor. Maybe hair was clogging the drain. However, those two issues were so minor in the total experience that I would completely overlook them if looking for a place to stay because when we go back to Aruba, we will definitely try to stay here again.
