"Very nice and clean room. Bed was very comfortable. TV remote was a nightmare to use. Good breakfast and great coffee. Was disappointed with the check-in clerk who was rude for being disturbed when my husband and grandson asked for bottled water. AM staff were great, and all other staff throughout the hotel were very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The room with the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Spacious and super clean! It was also very quiet which made for peaceful nights of sleep. Fuego was a great place to spend for happy hour and dinner. Great service from the bartenders even though there were so many customers. One suggestion I have would be to have a free coffee station set up in the lobby for hotel guests - especially for when people have to check out prior to Fuego opening at 7am. All in all, it was a great stay and the hotel is located in a great location. Hope to be back again one day !"
