"We liked the proximity to the ocean. I have stayed in the past through Hosteeva and experience was better. Brett Robinson did not communicate as clearly about check in. Room was not ready on time and unit was not as clean. Only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 days. Would rent through different rental company next time. "
"The property is a good rental property where we had rented from the owners several times at the Gulf. The problem with this situation was Expedia. When we viewed the property online before renting there was no photos of the exact rental we were interested in renting and were not sure which unit or floor we would be on however we trusted Brett Robinson rentals from prior trips.

"We had a fabulous time! We had 6 adults and 2 young children. We all had plenty of space to spread out. The grill and hot tub on the patio are super convenient. The fridge has plenty of space. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but Jason replied within minutes to begin addressing the issues. Everything got ironed out, no problem! Would definitely stay here again for our annual visit to Orange Beach!"
"I was very impressed with our stay at Perdido Dunes #30! I would say that the photos on the listing did not do the room justice. The photos make the room look nice, but the room is even nicer in person. The room was very clean and had all the amenities one would need for a stay at the beach!The walk to the beach was fair and was easy, especially with the boardwalk down to the beach. Just watch out for the drop off at the end of the boardwalk onto the beach. This is one thing I would suggest improving. The location is as great! It was right in the middle of everything. You could be anywhere within 10 minutes.Communication with the property managers was great! I had a couple of questions and things that came up during my stay, so I texted and received a reply in just a few minutes. I even called one time and the call was not answered, but they called right back and got my question answered.My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was VERY firm, probably the hardest mattress my wife and I had ever slept on. I would suggest in investing in a more comfortable mattress. Other than that, everything about the room and property was great and I would definitely recommend it! Definitely stay at this property on your stay at Orange Beach, you will not regret it! "
