Regency Isle-1004 - Direct access to beach, pool, hot tub, huge private balcony

Directly on the beach! White sand and blue-green clear waters are great year-round.
Our 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo sleeps 8. There's a King Bed in the Master. Guest Bedroom has comfy king and twin bunk beds. Sofa and blow up mattress to accommodate other members of your group!
All new furniture indoor and out. All new - granite, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous vinyl wood floor, carpets in bedrooms, fixtures, guest bath and 1/2 bath vanities, paint. This unit has been remodeled with updated colors and features. The unit is incredibly inviting, calming, comfy and ready for your visit.

Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

Free wireless internet access. Reservation with one parking pass. Second can be putchased.

In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy the world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf and discount Tanger/Rivera Mall is only minutes away. Younger guests also enjoy the nearby zoo, water slides, para sailing, biking, jet skiing and horseback riding.

My family and I had a great week in Orange Beach. The condo served as perfect base for us with easy convenience to the beach and pool as well as just minutes away from restaurants and other fun activities. Amazing Stay

Condo is in a great location with all the amenities you could imagine. The wife was a little upset that there was no jacuzzi tub as listed in the description, but that wasn’t anything worth fussing about. Rest and relax with family

We came during my son’s spring break and my husband and I just needed a break ourselves. The condo was lovely and my son and his buddy and a ball. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. There was some painting of the building but the workmen were very courteous and did their best to disrupt as little as possible.
