The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wet bar with a sink and ice maker. A large dining table offers ample space for shared meals or game nights.

The primary bedroom suite boasts a king bed, balcony access through floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer two queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms—the third bedroom’s bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower for added comfort.

The beautifully designed outdoor pool area, complete with a lazy river and water slide, provides endless fun and relaxation. The fun-filled splash pad is a hit, especially with younger guests, ensuring entertainment for the whole family. Indoors, the experience continues regardless of the weather. The heated zero-entry pool is a welcoming feature for all ages, allowing for comfortable swimming in any season. Unwind in the hot tub for a relaxing end to your day, or keep up with your fitness routine in the well-equipped fitness center.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix Gulf Towers. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

Recent renovation, so everything was brand, spanking new. The group agreed that it was the best property we have rented in the past 10 years - better than some more expensive options.We prefer couch and chairs on the balcony, and this unit is one of the few on the coast that we found. Thank you!
