The places went downhill since 2 years ago nobody cares what anybody does there in the evenings the

They do keep the property clean need some updates in the rooms just need more security nobody cares what you do there kids are taking over they're in charge the kids go to the pools do what they want to do and nobody cares they also need to monitor those slides more some kids got hurt from nobody monitoring it and no parents caring

Great family summer vacation

We had a perfect summer vacation at Orange beach, the apartment was nice and spacious. The owner was great, definitely looking to come back here.

Nice complex

We enjoy staying at the Caribe and we had a good time. The unit is clean and pretty well stocked. The issue we had was the third “double bed” is actually a trundle.

Great place, but eat before 6pm!

The condo and host were perfect. We loved the resort, but we were surpised when we checked in at 4, settled in by 5 , and went to enjoy the pool...except the on-site grill and bar closed at 6 and Cobalt wouldn't do takeout after 5. That was tough. Thank you to our hosts, who were very helpful throughout the trip. Because of them, we will be back!

Great spot for kids and family

Property was very neat and clean and comfy. Caribe is overcrowded and no parking but the condo was amazing and worth the price.

Beautiful condo! (but needs some TLC)

This condo was beautiful and had most of what we were looking for! It does, however, need some extra cleaning and tlc. One room had dirty linens and comforter. Part of the master shower was broken and was just hanging off the shower wall. Several lights wouldn’t work including the switches for living room lights. We love the Caribe and will come again to the resort!

Short stay

Location was great, directions on how to get into property could have been a little more detailed. One of the keys didn’t work so we had only one. Coffee would be very beneficial to have to offer for guests staying for short times. Overall it was a great place and would love to come back and stay longer

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, the view off of the extra large balcony is gorgeous and the resort overall was great! We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats coming in and out from our balcony along with the many pools, water slides and mini golf. You couldn't ask for more. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the week and communication with the owner was fantastic! We would definitely look into booking this condo again!

Great place to stay in Caribe

We have stayed in many condos in Caribe and this one is the most comfortably furnished. It looks out over the boat docks and you are sure to see dolphins, turtles, and jellyfish in the bay from the balcony. There are always people fishing as the sun rises and boats departing for sunset cruises. The kitchens are equipped to a standard and you can expect to have whatever you need to make your particular vacation dishes -- including a blender, wine opener, potato peeler, strainer, good knives, etc. The beds are nicely furnished and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. There is an ice machine onsite for filling coolers. There is a gift shop in Building B now. There are 2 fitness rooms with a good stretching machine in B. There is a snack bar in Building C. They were doing some work on the pools and restrooms, but there are several pools and restrooms to resort to.

Perfect trip!

The property was perfect! Clean, well stocked, perfect coastal decor and comfortable furniture and beds! It fit our girls week perfectly. Location was great - close to pool with slides and lazy river. Walked along the water to cobalt for dinner. We had a great weekend. Communication was great w owner!

Perfect family vacay

This is our second time at Caribe and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the resort. It is perfect for kids of all ages, I have 3 teenage boys and they were constantly entertained while there. You never have to leave your resort if you don’t want to and they have thought of everything making it so easy. Our condo location was perfect, you can watch all the boats come in, dolphin watch and even see a manatee! Our condo was cozy and had all the amenities you could need, and the owner was extremely easy to work with and made everything seamless! 10 out of 10 would totally recommend and come back!

Wonderful girls trip

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Every morning we would go out on the balcony for coffee and watch all the different types of birds and dolphins, sting rays, jelly fish, sharks each day. What a great way to start a day. Can't say enough about the condo it was big and roomy, beautiful decorations, soft and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the many different pools and activities. It was close to shops and stores for any thing that you needed to enjoy your stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 week stay. The next time we come to Orange Beach we will be booking this condo again. Thank you, Patsy and Casey

Great location and view

We love Orange Beach and enjoyed our stay here! The building is older, but the unit itself was perfect for us. Very spacious and beautiful balcony view.

Dolphins everyday

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with owners was easy. Kids loved the multiple pools and water slides. Also enjoyed the putt putt. Husband loved fishing from the doc. Best part was sitting on the balcony and seeing dolphins! Something we definitely did not expect. They would swim very close and could see them really well. Beach is an easy walk, tram ride or jump in the car. My boys loved to take flashlights to the beach at night and find crabs. Great location!

Home away from home

Really enjoyed our stay at Caribe. This unit was very clean and spacious. Would definitely like to stay again. Walking distance to Cobalt Restaurant. Loved watching all the boats from the balcony go by. Very relaxing. I have always loved Orange Beach and the view is spectacular.

Vacay with friends

Loved our stay. The view was great. Was able to see dolphins, jelly fish, other fish, birds from the balcony. Had a couple minor issues but messaged property management and was taken care of right away. When we arrived the gate person wasn't most pleasant and gave no directions on where we needed to go, but found a couple other property employees in parking deck that helped us. We didn't have any more issues with that person until later in the week when we saw her again and still wasnt a pleasant person to work with. All other staff was very happy and helpful. Over all great place to stay.
