Family Fun

This property was just as pictured. It was very neat, clean and decorated beautifully. Our stay began the day after Labor Day, which was perfect. We missed a lot of traffic, and the weather was great. We chose to drive to the beach. We had our 5-year-old grandson with us, and walking was not an option. I'm not sure we could have walked it without him either. We had no issues at all with this property and would definitely stay here again! Note: we did see an alligator in the water behind the home on several occasions and discovered the trail it left going around the home. It wasn't an issue, just something to watch out for.

Worth every penny!

There are not enough words to described how well appointed Eddie’s beach house is. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are making plans to come back next summer. The house is so well decorated and clean. I would venture to say this is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in and we have rented quite a few. The community is still under development but we were never once disturbed by the construction, if anything, the kids were entertained by the big equipment coming in. The pool is across the street from the house so there’s no need to drive and there are bathrooms under the pavilion, which is a huge plus when you have children with you. We loved watching the turtles from the master bedroom, we saw a deer and a fox one morning and even a baby gator! I can’t think of any negatives! We cooked most of the time that we were there and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We had an unfortunate situation where my oldest child fell off of his electric scooter and broke his wrist so we had to make a run to South Baldwin ER in GS and they had us in and out within 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience as well so, if you’re ever in our shoes and have a medical emergency- that’s the place to go. Do yourself a favor, splurge, rent the house, and enjoy it as much as we did! We frequent OB and a few of our favorite places to eat are: Cobalt CoastAL Luna’s GT’s on the Bay OSO Ginny Lane Bar & Grill Wolf Bay Lodge Lartigue’s

We were in the area for a Volleyball tournament. The house was super clean and had a great layout for our family. Eddie was great to deal with and communicated well during our entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Living For the Weekend

I had several questions and "Eddie" (Manager) was ready and willing to help if able. The communication was very good and also very appreciated. The home itself was clean and comfortable. Although the seating in the small living area was minimal, it worked out for us. Everyone in my group had a great time. My family enjoyed the stay in the home very much.

Lovely New Home

This 3-bedroom, 4-bath home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and just what we needed for a week away. We had 4 teenage boys in our group and each had the comfort and privacy they needed. All bedrooms are on the top level, including the spacious master suite. But there was still plenty of entertaining room on the main level and underneath by the carport. The back of the home faces the wetland pond. Fishing poles, a beach wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella were all available on site to use. The home is across the street from the community pool. Just know that we drove over to the Romar Beach access as I didn’t want anyone to walk across the main road. (It takes 15-20 minutes, not 5-10 to walk to Romar.) We were lacking nothing at this property and the owner responded graciously in minutes to any questions we had. We will return next year!
