Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, vending machines, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This is a pristine 9th floor unit with great views of the Gulf and one of the outdoor pools. It has been upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. It has a stacked washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, tile floors throughout, ceiling fans, a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 recliners.

This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bath with a walk in tile shower. In the guest bedroom there is two twin beds and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar and the dining table or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the master bedroom. The entry door is equipped with a electronic lock for your convenience. Parking passes must be purchased upon your arrival from the guard shack. You are allowed two cars on the property.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

The condo was comfortable for our family of 6 with a casual family atmosphere. Views were fantastic! The balcony was spacious and shaded in the afternoon. We took advantage of the pool, fitness center, grills and outdoor shower on the property. The condo was clean. The accordian blinds really blocked out morning sun. The washer and dryer were small but functional. The guest bath didn't have good water pressure, but the master bath did, and the shower was roomy. There were lots of extra blankets, but the extra sheets were too small for the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was well eqipped and appliances were nice, I just wish there was somewhere to store food. Check in was super easy. We didnt receive any check out instructions, but we did what is normally expected at other condos with trash, linens and dishes. We would stay here again. Our favorite aspects of the condo were the views, balcony size and afternoon shade, and convenient location.

Location, Location, Location… This property is on the beach, has a great view, and is in walking distance of several restaurants. The property is a short drive from Walmart, Publix, & Rouses so stocking up the frig should be no issue. Immediately after booking, I received instructions from the property manager right away. The unit was very nice and could easily sleep 6. The unit had lots of amenities, & the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We had zero issues during our stay, & our experience was amazing. I’ll definitely save this property as a favorite and return in the near future.

We had a great time both in the condo and at the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing! We even saw some dolphins one evening! The owners were so nice too. They respond quickly and were very helpful. We hope to make this a yearly vacation.

The overall stay was great. The condo bulding was a little older and could use some updates but the condo itself was nice and we had a great time! The beach and view of the condo was amazing! I would for sure recommend it!

The owners communicated everything timely and everything was as expected. There were no inconveniences or disappointments. Just a stress free experience with lodging! When you carry your family with small children to the beach, there’s not of other things that go wrong. I was thankful to have chosen a property with reliable owners and facilities. First time stay, will be back!

Beautiful and clean property. This is my second time staying there. Communication was great with owners. Only down side was very minimal, little to no hand soap on arrival. Only mentioning because I’m sure it was just a very, very small oversight by property manager that’s easily corrected. Be sure to bring washing soap for washing machine. I don’t know if it was to be provided, but we grabbed a small bottle at Walmart. Very centrally located to restaurants, stores, etc. Beach and view is amazing. Can’t wait to come back to this property!! Can’t say enough about how great of a property and stay. Thanks!!

The condo was small and the indoor pool was unavailable due to repairs on the roof , which we were not made aware of until after we arrived at the condo. The master bedroom stayed hot even with the curtains shut and the ceiling fan on constantly. There was a floor fan in the master bedroom closet and when my husband went to plug it in, he got shocked. The only thing good about the condo was the view of the ocean.

I recently took my 12 year old daughter on a quick trip to the beach before school started. The beach and surrounding community was quiet and not crowded at all, due to most kiddos school schedules. The condo was clean and nicely furnished - the 9th floor views were spectacular. We utilized the pool, which was clean and in good condition, but there was quite a bit of construction around the tennis courts, so we avoided that area. The condo itself really had everything we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach!
