The condo was very clean and as advertised. The location to local restaurants and shopping was minutes away and the beach was a short walk.I would rent it again. As a matter of fact, my family is already planning next year's trip.

Although the complex is an older building the condo had recenly been updated and was very nice.The location could not have been any better. We had a great visit and would happily stay there again. We would highly recommend the condo and the management team.

The Breakers 82 was just awesome! The unit was super clean, everything worked and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! There were even several games my grandson found and books my daughter and I loved! It was a great stay!

Cozy and convenient

Pulling up I was a bit nervous but once inside it was perfect! Beach access was great! There aren’t a ton of units like most places so the beach wasn’t over crowded! Restaurants, grocery stores and anything you could possibly need were within walking distance!! Kristen was fabulous!! Can’t wait to get back to Orange Beach soon!!! You should go too!!!

Quick getaway

We brought my 83 yr old mom to see the beach. Our rental unit was perfect. Our 8th floor view was great and inside space was just right. Mom was able to use her walker with no trouble. The walk in shower was a huge plus. We loved that the elevator was quick. We will come again.

Getaway with pregnant daughter and granddaughter

There’s a lovely garden upon anrrival with kept grounds- it’s small. It’s older than expected and under maintained. Bugs around elevator each time…. Pool cleaned by people Staying there each morning. The pool is very plain and small with very old and sparse patio furniture. The condo itself is comfortable enough. The cleaning lady was still there at 4:30 and she was pleasant enough but we were already asked to be late for check in which we understand- I think she left by 5. Did not mop-spot mopped per our request. The decor sold us on booking this one- the bedding and living room furniture comfy. Doors old, pantry old. Dishes -decent amount but some were dirty and unusable. The beach was great! Felt like Florida! The wharf was fun— And the Ferris wheel. Ocean view is breathtaking and that’s why we came. Good experience with family but probably overpaid

The best time!

We had a wonderful stay, it was my son's first beach trip! He is one years old. We appreciated the supply of toys and chairs, it was so thoughtful. The place was perfect for our family and the view is amazing. We plan on going back !
