My husband wasn’t allowed to get into his room when he arrived due to the reservation being under my name. I contacted the booking company who change the name and emailed the change and still the front desk clerk refused to let him into his room. The booking company even offered to call them to verify if they would give them a direct line and she refused that as well.
He had to leave his belongings in his car while traveling around Dallas all evening due to this. Then around 10 PM the change rolled into their system and he was able to check in. But from 4 PM until 10 PM he wasn’t able to get into a room he’d paid for, ridiculous!
