AC doesn’t work in my room, so the staff give me fans

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Clean rooms, excellent location, friendly and professional staff and amazing breakfast selections

The air conditioning was pretty much nonexistent. They didn’t even have fans. The only food they offer is breakfast. If you get there after 5, good luck getting anything to eat. Construction made the hotel almost impossible to find. Stay at Grand Place instead.
