9/10 Wonderful! (160 reviews)
Pros
Excellent, clean, spacious apartment with excellent cooking facilities.
Fantastic location and good price for Prague.
Very comfortable bed and living area. Very good shower and kitchen.
Cons
Read the address given after payment carefully- there are different properties and I was in a different location to what I expected. Walkable but could’ve been a problem with luggage if not noticed.
The door code is given at 3pm on the day of check in. Mine didn’t work and it took over 2 hours to resolve and get in the building. I met 5 different guests who all said they’d also had difficulty getting in the building on arrival so this is a big problem and took away a lot of my holiday as I had luggage and couldn’t move while I waited for help.
Nobody answers the phone but they will get back via WhatsApp.
Luggage storage is available but in a different location on the other side of the river and for the same price as storage companies and limited hours, cash only and the office building will close with no access. I met some tourists outside the building who were stuck without their bags because of this.

8.4/10 Very Good! (694 reviews)
I stayed here for three nights and ended up restless as a result. First room that they gave me was facing the road which becomes too noisy in the morning when the cars started running. The receptionist was kind enough to switch my room. However, the second room had a problem with the heater and the room was quite warm to sleep in. I brought this to the attention of the night receptionist but he just gave me a blank stare and did not try to address the issue. In addition to these issues, the fridge is not working. The pillows are so thin you are almost sleeping on the mattress. Stay away if you want to have a restful vacation.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (44 reviews)
"Le seul point négatif pour nous est que, malgré la présence d’un ascenseur, il fallait monter quelques marches pour accéder aux demis-étages. Avec nos valises et compte tenu de notre âge, cela n’était pas idéal. Un aspect à prendre en considération pour les voyageurs seniors."
