The manager or host on duty was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was having technical difficulties but did not allow that to take away from her customer service attitude. It was a comfortable stay. I would recommend family to stay there when we return in May for a family graduation. Thank you so much!

I did not like to service. It was horrible. I asked for a refund they would not give it to me. It was dirty. It was holes in in the best bread where somebody burnt the mattress. The towel was dingy. The bathroom was dirty. In the corners it just was unclean for me and I feel like I should have gotten a refund because that property is horrible.

The room was the most disgusting room I had ever stayed in. The sheets were stained and it looked like they had crumbs and dirt under the fitted mattress when I was looking for bed bugs... I tried to change rooms but was told they all look like that... The only reason I am giving it a second star is because the receptionist was so kind and amazing. She tried to accommodate me as best as she could, but I could tell she was just there for a job.

Upon checkin we were put in room 204. The AC was not working. Had to get another room. The AC was awesome. The beds are not comfortable, too hard. The staff were amazing and very helpful

Needed a cheap place and this was great. After reading reviews, we didn’t have high hopes but we were pleasantly surprised. Floors could have been cleaner and the sheets were stained but smelled clean. Can’t beat it for the price

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Room was horrible. Never took off my shoes or clothes. Pictures of the bathroom obviously was never cleaned. Appeared to be blood on the bathroom door.

Person at the desk was nice. Room sub par due to dirty baseboards, dingy sheets, sink cracked in pieces, curtain had 3 holes in them, bathroom door doesn’t close,toilet has stains in it, jiggly faucet, bucket under the sink to catch water and last but not least, no coffee pot!!!
