L' AMPEREUR has two floors. The upper floor features a spacious living area;

* A modern kitchen with a gas stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, a wide range of kitchen utensils, and a full set of dishes for 8 people.
* Dining table (seats 6–8 people)
* Seating area with TV

*Balcony (next to the dining table)
And all of this with a panoramic view of the lake.

The entrance and a restroom are also located on this level.



An interior staircase leads down to the sleeping area on the first floor: a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed (sleeps 2–3 people), and a room with a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 people). A fully equipped bathroom is available. This apartment thus offers sleeping accommodations for 7 people.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the house.


From the covered side terrace, you have direct access to an outdoor kitchen (with a Green Egg grill). Additionally, a hot tub and a sauna are available on the property and can be used free of charge.

The sandy beach is accessible through the garden (50 m away).
There are 2–3 fenced-in parking spaces available.

There is a dedicated wallbox for electric cars (usage is billed separately).
