Holiday house in a quiet location

  • Our holiday house is located in the bungalow park "De Noordel" on the outskirts of Oosterend. The plot is about 700 square meters and is protected by a hedge about 3 m high. The house is suitable for families with children.
    There are 2 car parking spaces at the house. The kitchen including dishwasher was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was renewed in 2015. The house has a SAT system to receive almost all German programs.

    In Oosterend there is a small supermarket, a butcher's shop and a wine and liquor store. A small number of restaurants are available.

    In the main town Den Burg (about 7 km distance from the holiday house) there is a variety of shopping and restaurants.

    In the house there are 3 bedrooms for 6 persons. Two bedrooms have a "French bed" for 2 people each and a bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 people.

Die Mitteilung über die Sperrung der Straße zum Haus wurde uns mitgeteilt. Leider haben wir keine Skizze über den neuen Zugang erhalten. Es gelang uns nur mit der Hilfe eines Einheimischen das Haus zu erreichen. Um die Terrasse nutzen zu können fehlte d. Sonnenschirm. Die Küche war gut ausge-stattet. Das Bad eine Katastrophe. Die Wohnung selbst war nur ausreichend sauber.Das ganze Erscheinungsbild war wohl im Internet schon in die Jahre gekommen.Wir würden dieses Haus nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wir waren das dritte Mal in dem Haus mit unseren beiden Hunden. Der Bungalow liegt hinter hohen Hecken in einer bisher ruhigen Anlage. Obwohl der Bungalow ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, war er perfekt für uns als Ehepaar und unsere großen Hunde. Dieses Mal wurde wir leider nicht gewarnt, dass der Bungalow neben uns während unseres Aufenthalts , auch zur Mittagszeit komplett renoviert und der Garten mit großem Bagger, Ramm- Maschine und Beton vollkommen umgestaltet wurde.

la cuisine etait bien equipée mais la propreté très douteuse des poils de chien sur tous les sols.Menage mal ou pas fait.les dimensions des couettes à recouvrir etaient fausses.une odeur d'egout dans le couloir d'entrée.la sdb minuscule avec un lavabo et un wc et une douche ,beaucoup trop petit.le plus etait le calme.par contre aucun accueil.gite introuvable,car travaux dans le village nous avons tourné en rond et le gerant a répondu bien trop tard au coup de filaucune autre explication de fournies.

Sehr ruhig, die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und völlig ausreichend. Auch dem Hund hat es gefallen. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt - zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem - jederzeit wieder.

Paar dagen Texel

Bij aankomst via adres, prima te vinden. Sleutel in het kluisje naast de voordeur, gemakkelijk binnen te komen.Huisje is gedateerd met gebrekkig onderhoud. (Buitenverlichting niet werkend, honden geur in het huisje, stopcontacten die loslaten, kraan die uit elkaar viel, schimmel in de badkamer, lattenbodem die kapot is etc) ook waren de 2 persoons bedden/matrassen erg slecht. Verder ligt alles redelijk in de buurt en is Oosterend een mooi idyllisch dorpje.

Knus eenvoudig huisje

Prima verblijf voor een weekend, alles is aanwezig. Huisje is gedateerd maar netjes en een mooie grote tuin ligt heel rustig. Dorpje heeft een bakker, slager, fietsverhuur en restaurants. Knus is dus een passende woord voor dorpje en huisje

Genoten op een heerlijk rustig plekje

Leuk huisje, schoon, prima bedden, fijne keuken. Sanitair prima in orde. Enigszins gedateerd en hier en daar is een reparatie wenselijk, maar daar hebben we geen ongemak van gehad en we verwachten zeker nog een keer te boeken!

Einzelhaus

Leider wird an diesem Häuschen nichts mehr vorgenommen. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und heruntergekommen. Dadurch wirkt es lieblos. Wir werden es uns 2x überlegen, wieder hierhin zu kommen.

Schön zentral in Oosterend gelegen.

Das Zentrum von Oosterend ist fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch Den Burg und der Hafen in Oudeshild sind nicht weit entfernt. Das Häuschen ist eine prima Basis für einen perfekten Texel-Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sommerurlaub

Die Lage des Hauses war für uns super. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten alles erreichen. Das Grundstück ist von einer Hecke umgeben so dass man total geschützt ist. Leider nicht vollständig eingezäunt. Die Unterkunft könnte eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen.

Schöne Lage, ein paar Mängel

Ohne Verwalter hätten wir das Haus nicht gefunden. Es gab zwar Polster für Liegestühle, aber keine Liegestühle. Der Dreck unter der Tischdecke des Außentischs war ekelig. Lage und Ruhe waren wunderbar

Super toller Urlaub bei unseren niederländischen Freunden

Alle Aktionen im Vorfeld, Buchung+ Kommunikation, 1a. Anreise, Unterkunft sehr positiv. Einfach, aber sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Kompletter Hausstand mit allen Geräten... ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Wer hier meckert, sollte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel buchen. Schönes großes Grundstück. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Nicht noch einmal

An sich ist es ein schön aufgeteiltes Bungalow. Ist ist alles da, was man benötigt. Allerdings müssen Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht werden, was in der Beschreibung bei Buchung nicht stand. Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst ei mal putzen. Im Bachofen waren noch das Backpapier und Reste vom Vorgänger, der Boden war dreckig und hat geklebt, der Tisch nicht abgeputzt, Geschirr und Besteck dreckig. Es liefen Ameisen herum und die Eingangstür ist bei Regen undicht und Wasser läuft rein. Wenn man einmal selber geputzt hat war es ok, aber mehr auch nicht.
