The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

the hotel is what you expect from a Yotel , small but great room, everything in top condition, restaurant staff very good. only negative is hotel is in a urban renewal part of the city , therefore nothing around it besides a great bakery across the road.

A clean and welcoming hotel, with a garden at the back, in a convenient location, a short walk from a tram stop. The staff (including Basil the cat) were very helpful and friendly -- I felt at home here, and would happily return.
