"We had a wonderful stay! The historic train cars and beautiful grounds give the hotel a unique charm you won’t find anywhere else. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and it was a great place to stay while exploring Chattanooga. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it for a memorable getaway!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and the mall. We did not use the pool, but it looked really inviting. It was clean all around the area and the pool was clean too. We would stay here again."

"We stayed for an overnight trip and were greeted warmly by the staff who welcomed us in. The hotel was clean and appeared to be a newer hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. We stayed on the second floor and it was quiet, and provided a good night's sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was good and we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was the typical hotel fare, with a good variety of food choices. Just being there for one night, we didn't take advantage of the other amenities so can't speak to that. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful when needed. My AC was a wee bit on the noisy side but still doable w/o discomfort. The bar and entertainment was great. The pool was very clean and the area around the pool was clean. For an older hotel it was very nice. I much prefer a hotel you can walk right on out to your car to. Also, it was not noisy at all and my room was ground level around the pool. I would definitely stay here again as long as the owner/management and level of cleanliness stays the same."
