The washroom and the jacuzzi room do not have ventilation, and grow mold. Kitchen lacked tools. There was one bed in the room and the sofa is not a futon. "The staff were polite although not all spoke English and this was tricky on my first day dealing with a late check in. I was saved by an English speaking family who were on the ball with their translating app and so, like them, I left my luggage and went for a walk about. The hotel is minutes away from the subway, a huge hypermarket and coffee shops and food shops. To get to the airport there is a direct train which takes less than 10/15 minutes - if unlike me, you have a good sense of geography - yes, I went in the opposite direction. The room was clean, large double bed, mini fridge, bathroom was adequate but the water got everywhere as there was no shower screen. NO NOTICE about the use of toilet paper (like Turkey) - so, I embarrassed myself by blocking it on the first day... not how you might be thinking ..... I used dispersible cleaning wipes to clean the loo before I did anything else. The loos are all singing, all dancing loos. There is a sensor on the seat that warms up and then flushes for you. I believe it has a few other 'actions' ... I did not investigate. I cannot remember if breakfast was an option when I booked but when you go out the back of the hotel through the car park there is a 24/7 shop where I bought pastries OR Starbucks 3 mins going towards the subway OR the Coffeebean shop 3 mins going away from the subway and the hotel."

"Great location at the heart of Songdo. The Park view is really beautiful. The hotel and amenities that are available might feel a bit outdated but with cleanliness of the room and convenience you get because of the location, that won’t be a huge problem to enjoy experiencing Songdo"

"Mega casino resort like a mini city near the airport. The ocean room was quiet and comfortable but not much an ocean view. Booked thinking the Waterpark was included with the room but wasn’t. The check in staff seemed a bit snooty. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay before or after a flight for a short rest and relaxation. But very far from Seoul. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient."

"We need a place to stay and relax while attending a conference in COEX. Everything was fine but the Expedia booking did not explain or spell out details on using the pool which was one of our motivations to choose this hotel. We couldn’t access the pool for our entire stay even by paying. Luckily we didn’t need it after all."
