    "No Gymnasium or exercise facility. No mini bar in the room. No coffee pod machine in the room, not even a plunger and they refused to supply either. The pool at the Pool villas consistently carried leaf litter. Adding insult to injury, they have deliberately crippled WiFi calling on their Internet connection. When asked, they gave no reason for this. I emailed them about this and eight days later am still awaiting a response. I used the WiFi in the cafes in town to make WiFi calls. No other..."
