A spacious & airy 3 bedroom Dutch Colonial furnished to help you unwind while you enjoy a "local" Upstate NY experience that will make you fall in love with our area. Full kitchen, dining, living room and sunroom on the 1st floor with 1/2 bath. Finished basement with ping pong table, washer/dryer, and entertainment. 2nd floor has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) and full bathroom.

Flooded with natural light, and a 1 mile to downtown Oneonta restaurants, bars, & shops, the Urban Farmhouse has convenient access to I-88, SUNY Oneonta (2.8mi), Hartwick College (1.7mi), Cooperstown All-Star Village (3.7mi) & Cooperstown Dream Park (16mi), Cooperstown, NY (21mi), Albany, NY (80mi), Binghamton, NY (61mi).
