"The room was clean but they’re TINY! The bathroom was also so small and the shower head had 18 clogged holes so the water came out so slow it took forever to wash out my hair. The beds suck, you roll in the middle. The pillows were even worse, totally flat as soon as your head laid on them. The room also had a wet dog smell to it and constantly stayed humid even with the air on. We stayed in room 209. We asked the girl checking us in if we would be able to see the fireworks from the room. She said, no but if you go to the pool you can. You can absolutely see the fireworks clear as day! "

"This hotel was clean, roomy and reasonably priced and in a good location for an easy walk to and from the Disney parks. "

"We have previously stated here and we love it 😍 But this time looks like they made changes I don’t recall from the last time they asked if we wanted house keeping. So to our surprise when we came back to the room our room was the way we left it with no clean towel no beds made. I called from desk and was advised that we need to request it. We have stated in other hotels before and never had ever needed to request house keeping. Also other people once checked in got a drink. We never got a drink this time around. So to be honest we were a bit disappointed. "

"So from what I was told, you want to make sure to get a room in the number 2 tower. We were in building 4 and it felt crammed and outdated. The room was hot and smelled badly of sweat/water damage? Honestly, I have no clue what the smell was but it wasn’t pleasant😑 The one positive thing I have to say about my experience is that we were located right next to the water park and my kids loved that! The on site store was very overpriced imo compared to other surrounding hotel’s stores. If I had stayed in tower 2, perhaps I’d have a different opinion, but I can say I won’t be staying here in the future and we go to Disneyland 2-3 times a year. *Also a huge deal to many*** Our building did not have an elevator. I think only tower 2 does, so definitely make sure the building you get has one if it’s necessary for your trip- we had a double stroller and an electric scooter so we had to have our room moved to ground level😑"

"Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Room was clean. Parking can be a bit wild, but there is complementary valet when the lot is full and they are forced to double park. "
