「Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food.

「Relaxing 2 days stay. We very much enjoyed it.」

Complimenti davvero」

Luckily we had a rental car. I would never put my car through that. This was an issue as going to orvietto and back we had to worry about the road. The room was also a bit uncomfortable as we had to climb up 20 steps to get from its door up to the bedroom. The breakfast was nice and the grounds were relaxing」
