I very, very, much appreciate the staff solving a reservation issue that arose at check-in. My only suggestion for improvement is this -- when making the reservation, you can not see what "Half Board" really entails. We had an unpleasant surprise with respect to dinner cost, but that was far overshadowed ...

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.
