This motel was absolutely the worst place ive stayed in a long time. Random man outside on a motorcycle all day and evening. People moving out like they were living in the rooms. Bad odors. No handsoap in bathrooms. No shampoo. Windows can be opened. Over chlorinated pool. Frozen breakfast cooked and sitting for an hour before breakfast hours even open. Everything felt creepy and weird at this place. The people coming in and out looked terrible. Would never recommended or stay there again.

WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. They look like they’re new owners and under renovation, and I HOPE they are, but it’s clear they’re trying to collect revenue any way they can to pay for something that is a year away from actually being open. Room smelled like a pet, holes in walls, lights didn’t work, sheets were distrusting, etc. What a NIGHTMARE.

We checked into our hotel at 9pm on Friday and I was told we were in room 206. I took the cards up to the room and could not get the key card to work. After a few minutes, we found out there was already someone in that room. Went back to the desk and we were moved to room 207. When we got in the room there was part of a door handle missing from the bathroom door and drywall putty all over the part of the handle that was there. There were no garbages in the room. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. And the security lock on the door was missing. The lady at the front desk in the morning was also quite rude when we asked if there was waffle batter as they had a waffle iron. This stay was nothing like we imagined and while the price was nice, it did not outweigh the poor conditions and rude personalities of staff. We will not be staying again.

Room was absolutely filthy, there was black mold in the bathroom, peep hole was missing, the door handle to the bathroom was broken. The entire room smelled moldy/musty and sheets were damp. Stay somewhere else

Filthy hotel. Seems unsafe, dirty rooms, holes in walls. We didnt even stay, we forfeited $300 just to not stay in this hotel and drove an hour away to find another place to stay.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, dirty towels, extremely dirty hallways food and trash, people just hanging out and lurking in the parking lot in masks and clearly not staying there, all kinds of noise all night of fighting yelling etc. felt like an unsafe area. I would have left immediately but had just driven 12 hours and needed sleep. Would not go back and would expect a refund. Nothing as pictured

The only positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable, it had a microwave and refrigerator, and it is very close to the zoo. The in-room coffee maker was broken, but I was able to fix it. The coffee provided was not meant for the coffee maker and there was no sugar or cream provided. There was an in-door pool, but it was set to about 70 degrees and was too cold to use. It advertised continental breakfast, but at breakfast time there was a sign that said "No Breakfast." Generally, the entire property was run-down. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and they did provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, but they were practically empty. It's a shame because you can tell the property used to be nice but the current owners have let it go.

The room was dirty with hair and dirt in the shower, sheets were stained, carpet was dirty and had large stains on it. The property had questionable looking people out front drinking and smoking pot. During the night it sounded like someone was coming up to the door and checking the handle. I took my son and left and did not stay the next night.

Extreme difficultly getting checked in (& witnessed every other person checking have the same problems), entire facility seemed dirty at best, upon checkout were charged an additional $100 to what wed already paid expedia booking with no explanation and no management to speak to.

Extremely dirty and unsafe at night. My original room that was booked had dog hair all over the couch/bed and also had areas of dried up dog poop in the floor. They placed me in a new room that still had hints of hair on the beds and the shower doors were not cleaned, I wore shoes when using the bathroom. The place in general looks like its falling apart and is way overpriced for what it is. The photos represent the hotel look much nicer than it actually is. At night there was sketchy people walking around outside digging through the trash. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The room was filthy. The restroom was filthy and wasnt stocked with towels. Tv in the room didn't work. Sheets on the bed was stained. There was holes on the walls. Patches that were painted over. Smelled like cigarettes even tho it was no smoking. Was told my the front desk that they would fix the tv and bring towels but it never happened. Definitely not worth the stay.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Everything is in a state of disrepair and smells like mold. A truly awful experience. I thought about just sleeping in my vehicle but the parking lot is way more sketchy than the room and that's says a lot. The door barely latched, even with all of the locks engaged. Just don't stay here. I can't say enough bad stuff about this place. It's horrible and I want my money back.

The peep hole was bare and our room was visible to anyone walking by. There was a hole in the wall of our room. The bathroom door was unfinished and wouldn’t shut.
