Enjoy this updated modern 4 bedroom 2 bath family home, with a fully fenced in yard situated in the heart of Historic Benson. You cannot beat this location in terms of being close to all the business and attractions in Benson while being close to Saddle Creek/Northwest Radial Highway that connects you to be close to Midtown, Blackstone, Creighton University, Nebraska Medical Center and interstate access in Omaha.

2 bedrooms, 1 Queen Sized bed, and 1 Full Sized bed, in each bedroom
1 bathroom in the hallway past kitchen (bathtub & shower combination)
Kitchen -equipped with all new stainless steel appliances dishwasher, gas stove/oven/microwave, full sized fridge
Laundry room space - 2 front load washer and dryer

Basement-
1 bedroom- 1 Full Sized bed

Upstairs / Second Floor-
King Sized bedroom with own walk in closet and bathroom (shower stall)

Fully Fenced for privacy and patio dining option with table & 4 chairs

There is a fee of $10 per day per pet. After reviewing the info you provide me I may or may not be able to host you and your furry friend/family member.

Definitely recommend

Our family was very comfortable in this space. With 3 adults and 2 kids we had plenty of room, could spread out and enjoy our time together. Lots of amenities that made it a very enjoyable experience. Great communication with the property manager as well.

Perfect

We were located close to the zoo and museums we wanted to visit. There are alot of businesses and restaurants close by but, we felt like we were in a residential area. House was clean and functional. We will definitely go back!

Charming old house on a hill

This house was well decorated and functional. We enjoyed the original woodwork and features of the property. Great place to stay and in short walking distance to many restaurants!

Absorbs family well

We stayed to attend events for Creighton graduation. The location was great for being close to this area. Some things to note for people with physical limitations. This is an old house. The stairs to the primary bedroom may be hard for anyone with mobility issues but there are 2 smaller rooms on the main level. Same for the basement stairs. The shower upstairs and bathtub on the main were difficult to access by one of our family members with mobility issues.The drive way is steep but the walk in is flat.

Nice house in Benson

Stayed here while visiting family. Older house, but very cozy. Had a couple issues we pointed out, but host was quick to acknowledge these and was very friendly. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Home!

My friends and I had a great time! This house was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Benson for our girls days which was perfect! There were 4 of us and we were each able to have our own room which was awesome! The host was also responsive and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay!!

Fun, comfortable family trip

I visited Omaha with my family. The house was a very comfortable place for my family. We enjoyed being able to wake up and make breakfast. Also calming down in the evening with dinner in the house was a great experience for my family. We enjoyed the kitchen and the separate rooms to accommodate different sleep times of everyone’s age. It was with walking distance of several places to eat and a wonderful ice cream shop my kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend this home for your trip!

Perfect for us!

We had the best time meeting my family in Omaha for a zoo weekend. We loved the house and location! We were able to bring our dog with, which was so appreciated. Communication was a bit strained, but we got to the house with ease! We will definitely be staying again!

Graduation gathering spot for family

Great property, plenty of parking and easily walk to restaurants and shopping. There wasnt a pack and play or high chair as the listing said but the owner offered to have them delivered same day. Very cute and comfortable home that met all of our needs. Plenty of room for everyones things and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Plus there was an adorable bunny in residence in the back yard that kept the little one entertianed.

Great alternative to four hotel rooms!

House has a well-stocked and complete kitchen, beds were clean and comfortable, neighborhood was eclectic but safe, and room to park two vehicles. Would book again!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

My husband and I are in love with this house. It is close to everything, it is has fully equipped kitchen. The property manager JoAnne is amazing. She was in communication with us ensuring all was Ok and went out of her way to accommodate us the best possible way. The house is close to everything. We are definitely staying here again.

Perfect for us!

Wonderful old-fashioned home. Decorated nicely and clean. Stocked with the necessities you need. The wi-fi was a little weak but not a bother. We did walk to the coffee shop down the ally. All in all a great place to stay and will probably stay there again if needed. The host was very easy to get a hold of, and friendly. Thank you Vrbo.
