Hi Kristina- Sorry your stay did not meet your expectations; we value your feedback as it gives us a chance to improve. On a Saturday night in downtown Omaha, it can be difficult to find a spot, we do offer valet parking in our own private garage as an option. Maintenance has been notified on the shower.
