「Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...

The room also did not include a microwave or refrigerator, which was unusual and inconvenient. There were no facial tissues provided either. I also didn’t feel safe during my stay. There were homeless individuals around the property, and the hotel had a sign stating that it was not responsible for any damage to guests’ vehicles or personal belongings. Overall, I would not...

「A bit unpleasant oder prevailed as we first entered the hallway. Under the inside top rim of the toilet was a rim of black who knows what. It was strange to have to sign that we'd not cause any trouble.」
