The pool is heated, and property safe/clean/lovely. The staff is great, and there are good vegetarian options in the restaurant. We appreciated being able to get a late checkout, and storing luggage while we went on safari. We would stay there again!

Our vacation in Africa started at the Trademark hotel. The staff were amazing and welcoming. I loved their smiles. They made us feeling relax and comfortable. Very nice hotel to stay at. I highly recommend it. The location is nice, just a little bit away from downtown Nairobi.

Touristy, kind of, but well worth the wait and price as you are supporting the fantastic work of Daphne Sheldrick and her volunteers as they bring awareness of the brutal effects of elephant and rhino poaching. Alamaya, the newest baby seen here, was found lying by her slaughtered mother in the Kenyan Mara, but as you can see, she is doing well under their care. Keep up the great work Sheldrick Wildlife Trust!
