"All was well until my last night … I went down to the kitchen to order food … I told the bar tender I would like it to go. He told me to sit at a table and wait for the server, so I did but never once did the waiter come to my table .. yes a I am black female. It was after that the bartender who is also black saw that I had been sitting for more than 10 without being waited on took my order. The waiter for the area who was a tall white male caught eyes with me 8 times yet passed me by each time. After my order was placed, it took about 30 mins to receive my food which came out as if it was being room serviced instead of it being packed in a to go box and bag. Needless to say I won’t be back to this property because of this. I forgot to mention everyone in the dining area was a white male as all had be attended to while I was waiting. "

"Spacious rooms, close to a bus stop but quite a bit further from the city’s main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the property looks and feels exceptional. We really enjoyed the restaurant on premises."

"Hotel is in a good location and hotel staff were great. Reasons I didn’t give 5 stars -fridge had strands of blonde hair in it and it had red goop in it. -parking is €25 a day (approximately $30 US). Seems like the hotel is trying to double charge you if you stay there. My last day I was parked for less than 12 hours and still had to pay full price. "
