"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Check-in was at 3 PM, but I did not even arrive until 7:30 PM, and checkout the following morning was at 11 AM. I requested a modest late checkout until 12:30 PM and was only granted an extra hour until 12 PM. Unfortunately, the condition of the room added to my dissatisfaction. The room looked shabby and worn, especially the bathroom wallpaper, which had noticeable brown spots and appeared poorly maintained. The bathtub and shower also had chips and looked old and dated. Overall, the condition of the room did not match what I expected. The late checkout issue only added insult to injury. Based on this experience, I will likely not stay at this hotel again."

"The room I had was neat. The bathroom shower head was held on by duct tape and came off while showering. There was no maintenance person on the premise. The only option was to move to another room. The AC unit was exposed and very dusty. You had to wash your own line. there was no replacement linens no replacement towels and you had to have your own toilet trees, including toilet paper. There was no phone and no remote to the TV. The cable was not cable. The channels didn’t match the shows that we’re being seen checked out a day early."
