"The property is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful with all the old cypress trees and the creek, easily as beautiful as the pictures. What I didn't realize was there is a cottage immediately next to us, they were quiet, but you do notice them. The cottage has an artistic flair that made it unique and inviting, and the property was so beautiful I'd go back even with someone next to us! It feels like you're in an ancient cypress forest with a beautiful creek running through, yet you're only 5 minutes from downtown Wimberley. The cottage itself is rustic and minimalistic, bring your own spices if you plan on doing cooking. This is a great hidden getaway."

Although the creek was empty (October) the property is gorgeous and made for a relaxing stay. The close proximity of town made it convenient for quick trips to the town square. The hosts were responsive to all needs and issues that came up. Would consider staying again for a trip to Wimberley to visit family in the area."

"Overall this is a great place to stay - super clean, very well stocked, and close drive to the Wimberley square for shopping and restaurants. The “neighborhood” was as eclectic as the cabin itself. If “keep Wimberley weird” was a cabin…lol this would be it! The pictures are accurate.We enjoyed our very comfy and clean stay, the hot tub was perfect, and spent more time here on a rainy weekend than we did exploring the town."
