INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Bados 6 offers a living area of 120 sqm, with a large covered terrace equipped with a lounge and dining table for eight people. The house has three accesses to the garden, two from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, with a TV area and wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the newly furnished kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom with two single beds; and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The second bathroom has a shower, WC, and sink. All bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes. Being about 150 meters from the water, the house benefits from the sea breeze present especially during the hottest hours, making it cool and ventilated throughout the day. The veranda faces east, towards Bados beach and Tavolara island. The garden, with numerous trees and Mediterranean shrubs, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit. The driveway inside the gate has enough space to park up to two cars. Air conditioning in every room.
DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
The villa is located about 9 km from Olbia city, reachable in less than 15 minutes. 3 minutes away are a supermarket, fish market, bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, and tobacconist. Almost opposite the main gate, on the other side of the road, is the N4 bus stop which takes you to the other beaches in the area and to the historic center of Olbia, with runs every 30 minutes. The Bados neighborhood consists of single-family villas, many of which are inhabited year-round. The neighborhood enjoys all the main services, reachable on foot with a short walk: beach kiosks/restaurants, a complex with bakery-fish market-bar-diner, bar-restaurant-pizzeria Costa Sarda less than a kilometer away. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 kilometer away. The area and surrounding beaches host numerous beach kiosks, where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail, enjoying typical appetizers. Some good spots are Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi fish restaurant in Pittulongu, Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with local cuisine.
