Majestic villa located in Porto Rotondo directly on the sea with private descent by ladder and breathtaking views of the island of Mortorio in the archipelago of La Maddalena.
Villa Mare Blu enjoys total privacy and is surrounded by a 5,000 sqm park with exotic plants and spectacular baobab trees.
The villa is structured on three levels:
On the upper floor we find a double living room with dining area and kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 more bathrooms and covered verandas.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 toilets, walk-in wardrobe, and a huge veranda with sea view.
The lower floor has direct access to the garden and the sea, here are 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
In total there are 7 double bedrooms and 1 service bedroom, 12 bathrooms, 2 with bath tubs, 9 with showers and 1 service bathroom.
The villa is equipped with wi-fi and air conditioning.

The house was old, very dated and not in good shape. There were LOTS of bugs in several bedrooms and bathrooms and ants in the kitchen. The sewer system backed up and caused an unbearable smell. The beds were not comfortable. There was not an info package in the house providing local information or check out procedures. The property agent was helpful and responsive.
