Gem of a team!
The location and staff are what make this hotel. It’s a pretty spot with lovely gardens. It’s well maintained but a bit tired. However the team are utterly brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, helpful and caring. One of our group fainted and they were all kind and helped us. Honestly a really great team. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Property is lovely. The bar which had a bunch of food items (salads, pizza and sandwiches) on the menu had just 3 sandwiches for purchase. Not three options, three sandwiches total. There is a higher end restaurant on site but no other eating options within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was great.

Some great and some less good
The place is pretty with lovely surroundings and nice views. First impression was good also because reception staff were great - welcoming, helpful, and when there was an issue with the first room, found a solution quickly and with a smile. The rooms themselves are simple - more 3* than 4 - but nice, with little balconies with a table and two chairs. The less nice: restaurant was poor. Dinner was mediocre at best (sounded nice on menu, but on the place, you'd get water from undrained potatoes and even overcooked pasta), Maitre d'hotel not pleasant and inflexible (point blank refused to look at moving us outside either then or later in the stay then we got to speak to others who were outside and wanted to move inside - same number of guests, same date so would have been an easy swap but they were refused too). The dining room itself is gloomy. Also there is loud music from 7pm till midnight each night we stayed. Some people probably like it but we did not, it starts with kids stuff in German (always the same),then bad music and karaoke. Nothing wrong with that but sound system is horrid so it is very loud in the rooms and makes walls vibrate. You cannot do/think of anything else till it stops at midnight! Free shuttle to nice Rena Bianca beach.

The best holiday experience!
This hotel was everything we were looking for. Aesthetically it’s gorgeous - has flowers everywhere and very well maintained and clean. Lovely big pool as well and nice private beach! The food was wonderful whether we had the breakfast or the 4 course meal they offer in the evening. They’re very adaptable with dietary requests too so was great for me being vegetarian. It is family friendly too so would be good for a family holiday but was equally as lovely to go as a couple like we did. All the staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. The room we had was very spacious and had a nice patio at the front! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We didn’t want to leave!

God base for familier med mindre børn
Hotel med mange aktiviteter for mindre børn. Man kan slappe af og vælge tilbudene på stedet ift mad osv. God placering på Costa Smeralda. Lidt slidt hotel og ikke nogen god strand. Fin pool. En base for familier der vil slappe af på ferien og bruge stedet som base, og tage udflugter på øen.

Super Hotel
Es gibt wirklich fast nichts zu bemängeln. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Neben dem Pool hat es einen kleinen Privatstrand. Das Essen (Frühstück + Abendessen) ist köstlich und ein Upgrade auf die Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Dusche ist leider für grosse Personen zu tief. Würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Preis stimmt ebenfalls.

Its a shame!

Posto molto bello immerso nella pace della costa smeralda; collegato benissimo con le spiagge della zona. Nota molto positiva la camera di appoggio data dopo il check out per permettere la doccia dopo il mare e prima della ripartenza ( in questo caso in aereo). Servizio mai riscontrato in altre strutture.

Des chambres sombres, la douche très petite. Pas de plage. Animations continue au bord de la piscine, alors que nous aurions eu besoin de calme (mais très bien pour les familles!) Prévoir aussi d'améliorer la signalisation sur la route à l'approche de l'établissement.

Une belle semaine
Semaine très agréable et reposante en famille. L'hôtel est charmant avec un beau jardin et beaucoup de végétation. Tout l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. L'équipe d'animation est agréable et discrète, très à l'écoute des besoins des enfants. Nous y avons également très bien mangé. Petit bémol sur l'accès à la mer: la plage est petite mais agréable. En revanche, ce n'est pas idéal pour se baigner: pas de profondeur et un peu vaseux. La piscine est par contre très bien pensée et très bien entretenue. Je recommande cet hôtel aux familles cherchant à se reposer.

Die Anlage mit Pool und kleinem eigenen "Hausstrand" ist gepflegt und liegt nahe zur Costa Smeralda. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut, schade kann die Küche als solches nicht mehr benutzt werden. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ordentlich, jedoch gibt es zum Beispiel keinen frischen selbstgemachten Fruchtsalat. Was verbessert werden müsste ist die Bedienung rund um die Bestellung eines Morgenkaffees. Das führte am Morgen regelmässig zu Schwierigkeiten, da es nur einen Serviceangestellten gab, welche Kaffeebestellungen entgegennahm. Es gibt anscheinend nur eine Kaffeemaschine vor Ort und auch nur eine Person, welche für die Maschine zuständig ist, um all die Hotelgäste mit Kaffee zufrieden zu stellen - man stelle sich dabei die Stosszeit neun Uhr morgens vor oder was bei uns der Fall war, wenn die Kaffeemaschine ausfällt. Das Servicepersonal war also jeden Morgen regelmässig etwas überfordert, zudem auch die Platzverhältnisse im Frühstücksbereich eher eng sind. Das Personal und die Feriengäste sind ständig am herumlaufen, entweder um abzuräumen oder ans Buffet zu gelangen. Sardinien ist aber eine Reise wert; schliesslich geniessen die meisten ja ihre Ferien und bringen etwas Geduld im Handgepäck mit!

Struttura fantastica. La stanza era grande, dotata di condizionatore, il bagno era grande ma da modernizzare un pò. Tutto il personale molto disponibile e gentile. Colazione a buffet di tipo internazionale, sia dolce che salato molto abbondante e soddisfacente! Parcheggio molto ampio e spazio all'aperto molto ben tenuto. Lo consiglio decisamente.
