Overlooking the sea, the holiday apartment Bella Vista Marinella 1
impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 120 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with plenty of garden furniture to relax on enjoy the views, there is also a covered terrace with an impressive sea view.
The nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes (350m). The nearby cafés, bars, and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (2.6km).
The seaside is 200 meters away and the so-called Spiaggia di Marinella beach is 6 minutes away by car (2.3km). The Marinella gulf is 5 minutes away by car (3km). Porto Rotondo is 10 minutes away by car (4km).

Beautiful first time visiting Sardinia
Our Family is my wife and 3 grown children. The home was just as the photos described and with amazing views of the Marinella gulf. The kitchen and accommodations were what we expected. If you cook in you may need some supplies. The location was quiet (which is what we wanted) but close to town for stores, restaurants etc. The best review I can provide is for our host, Sergio. His is a property owner/host and stayed nearby. He was very welcoming and immediately treated us as if we were family. He was exceptionally responsive for anything needed and gave us many recommendations on all things Sardinia. It was if we had a personal concierge. Marinella is close to many other north Sardinia sites including the town of Olbia, San Paolo, and Porto Cervo. I cannot say enough good things and you cannot go wrong with this home.

Gorgeous Home
Quite possibly the most wonderful VRBO stay we’ve had! Our host, Sergio and his wife, did not leave any room for improvement. Everything was perfect. Not only was the house so beautiful and well equipped, Sergio made sure that we were welcomed with many amenities. The views from the patio were stunning. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.
