The room was rather large but bathroom was a squash. An XXL person would not fit in it. Room was clean and the view fantastic. As mentioned paying in excess of Y35,000 you would expect a full breakfast option- no Japanese food but toast and jam - that's it !

A nice set-up for a ski-in/ski-out resort. My kids also had great lessons with an English instructor. Getting to Appi Kogen was also quite easy with the buses from Morioka Station.
