A perfect gem literally 5 blocks from OU campus. Really nicely decorated and clean. Private. Breakfast was delicious and my gluten-free/dairy-free request was no problem!

Gem near OU campus

Overnight stay to visit our son who attends OU. Great location because right next to campus. Delicious breakfast and beautiful and clean hotel. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway

Spent a week at the Manor. It is located right by the campus with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hosts could not be any nicer and the food was excellent!!! It's like having your own little apartment right near the campus! Highly recommended!!!

Great stay!! Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!! Room was clean private comfortable and we were treated like family....maybe better!! If we are ever in the area again this will be where we stay without a doubt!!! Thanks so much for the hospitality!!

Absolutely loved it!! The owners are so nice! and they have the cutest daughter! But also, its remodeled so nice! Plus you also get an amazing breakfast as well. Definitely would recommend staying here! I will definitely be back again!
