Location: There are two units on this property. Unit A is located at the front.
Parking: Kindly park on the right side of the driveway, as it can accommodate up to two cars. Please refrain from parking on the left side.
Backyard: There is no backyard.
Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
Noise Potential: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. Given the proximity of bedrooms in adjacent units, kindly take extra care to keep noise to a minimum in these areas.
Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
