The property was clean and the staff were nice. The property is a bit dated. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options from eggs, potatoes and bacon to yogurt, waffles, and cereal.

Went to check in at 2:00, check in is 3:00. No problem if room is not available. Was told cant till 3:00, the other to girls will be back in 20 or 30 minutes. Said ok will wait in the lobby till 3:00. Sat there about 15 minutes and the same person called me to the desk and checked me in. Just little strange how that no other employees came back to the desk and there was no cleaning around the room i was assigned. Was in the lobby waiting for an uber and heard a different person checking in a guest and tney were told about breakfast and a shuttle that runs to Bricktown. I was told none of that. The shuttle service information would have been nice to know. Room was fine no issues, hallway was loud and heard dogs barking. If looking for a place to stay for a period of time had a nice kitchen area.

We stayed 6 nights. The housekeeping staff spoke zero English making it difficult to get towels, toilet paper, fresh coffee etc. There were marks on the towels and bed linens. The pillows were awful. The second floor is wavy and the carpet buckles making walking and rolling luggage difficult. They don’t supply any extra garbage bags or toilet paper which became an issue when housekeeping only comes M/W/F. The bathroom was a direct line to the room next door as we could hear every word spoken in their bathroom as if they were actually IN the room with us. It was extremely difficult to figure out which number would get an answer from the front desk when a domestic disturbance occurred at 2am down the hall from us. They allow the local homeless to make coffee and help themselves to the complimentary breakfast. Choice Hotels has completely dropped the ball at this location. I won’t stay at one of their hotels again.

Clean, comfortable room, pleasant staff, OK breakfast. Not the best location. Biggest problem was that there were no umbrellas (no shade at all) at the outdoor pool.

Check in was good but the room was lacking with a lot the bill was almost of the supplies such as coffee pot insert ironing board rain came in got air unit wet and floor phone did not even have a cord could not call desk told them but did not get fixed Ice cream had been refroze and the bill was almost $800.00 for 6 days finally got a coffee pot insert

The hotel is nice. Beds are comfortable. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is you can tell it is a pet friendly hotel. Our 1st room smelled like cat pee but they quickly moved us to a different room. The 2nd room you could smell that a dog had been in there but it wasn't unbearable like the 1st room.

We asked the morning we were checking out if someone could fix the toilet in the room and no one ever came. The lady said we could use the one on the first floor and we stayed on the 3rd floor.
